ATS was co-founded in 2004 by Mr. Glenn M. Kodani and Mr. JJ Nathan.

ATS is owned by Mr. Glenn M. Kodani. Mr. Kodani is a service-disabled veteran who served in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. Mr. Kodani has over 25 years of senior level management experience with large corporations, managing all aspects of information technology and operations.
 

Mr. Kodani served with the US Army for seven years and was retired due to a service related disability in 1979. Over the past 25 years since his retirement, Mr. Kodani has gone on to build a successful career in the information technology arena, working within the financial services industry in various management capacities. His experience ranges from managing small IT projects to managing an operation with staffing ranging from 50 to 120 people in support of data center operations and software application development. In the software development arena he has managed large and small custom software development efforts, as well as, building applications in the commercial off the shelf arena.
 

In 2004, Mr. Kodani co-founded and formed ATS and has focused on building a successful company serving government customers and commercial customers. Most recently he has been serving as program manager on several US federal government contracts while he continues to recruit talent, lead, and manage the operations of ATS. Mr. Kodani is a member of the Association of the United States Army.

Mr. Nathan co-founded ATS in 2004. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering, Mr. Nathan is a successful business leader, engineer, sales and business development professional. Previously he held management positions with world-class companies including Rayovac Corporation, Nalco Chemical Company, Air Techniques International and MCI Worldcom. He has been involved in numerous organizational quality initiatives including ISO 9001, TQM, Six Sigma and CMM.  Mr. Nathan is a member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and has been a member of the IEEE Computer Society and the Disaster Recovery International Institute (DRII), and holds a certification from the DRII as a business continuity professional. He continues to successfully manage program and project teams on a global basis in project areas which include engineering, information technology, telecommunications, management consulting and staffing.
